Nutrition Notes for the Crunchy Supreme Beef Entree

What's inside this tasty creation from the Bell?

First they start with a crunchy whole grain hard shell and fill it with seasoned ground beef from the Protein Group, sour cream and cheddar cheese from the Dairy Group, shredded lettuce from the Vegetable Group and last but certainly not least, chopped tomatoes from the Fruit Group.

This one-handed menu selection contains all five of the basic food groups for about 200 Kcals.

What we like and don't like about the Crunchy Beef Taco Supreme

The Likes

Relatively low in fatty acids where total and saturated fats are concerned. But there are downsides to the Fat Equation which we'll discuss below.

Nine grams of protein from the ground beef are dandy as is the dietary fiber content at three grams.

Ordering the Fresco Style of the Taco Supreme will result in a 25% decrease in Kcals. Ordering the chicken version will also trigger a Kcal reduction.

The Dislikes

It's a bit too rich in cholesterol content, contributing to fat calories. More than half of the caloric values contained within this item are derived from fat which is never a good thing.
