What Can You Do With a Dried Cranberry

You know, generally when we see something that is all dried up and wrinkled we assume that it's old and useless. I'm feeling more and more as such as I grow into an old prune myself - but like the dried up cranberry, I hope that I'm still useful.

And in comparison - I certainly pale. Just look at all of those impressive nutritional values that can be found inside of this super fruit by gazing at our data chart posted below.

What a handsome super food! And although it looks a lot like the dark raisin, the flavor is totally different. And it's a lot more tasty than its raw peer - that's for certain. But the reason for such includes the addition of sugar to the berry which in turn inflates the caloric values.

But there is also a lot of great news associated with this negative downside as the dried cranberry is so flavorful that you'll only need just a few to add new dimensions to your humble salad - to your reduced fat cottage of cheese, and to your healthier low fat muffins.
