The Red Meat Choices Negatively Impact Health Over Time, Particularly When They Aren't the Leanest Cut

While trying to lose pounds or not, it's a wise idea to see less red proteins on your meal plate during the week. Better choices include the white meat selections - and fish which should be served at least three times per week.

Vegetable-Based Proteins Make the Healthiest Choice

Even better heart-healthy choices include plant proteins such as beans and legumes. There are so many different types to choose from and who doesn't like a big selection that they can pick and choose from? Whether it's lima beans or Navy beans, red beans or pintos - all are tasty and hold a unique flavor all of their own.

Many Items on Chili's Menu Excessive in Fat While Always Leads to Lots of Calories

Based on the Chili's menu selections posted in our data chart below, there are multiple choices which are going to be too excessive in dietary fatty acids - as well as caloric values for a restricted-caloric weight loss plan.

We can order - and take the rest home to enjoy later, so that's one way of getting around the boulder blocking the Weight Loss Trail.
