Whenever you have the opportunity, rather than reaching for just any old grain group selection, reach for the whole grain version of the food and you'll be adding nutrition and good health to your meal plate or snack time.

Grains not only provide energy, they can assist the digestive system in performing its most basic of tasks as well as assist in regulating potty time.
