All in all they are quite nominal and their selections are quite nice. Most aren't housed with buckets of fat OR shakers of salt, either - which makes a nice change for food that can be grabbed on the go.
They even have a couple of taquitos which contain less than 200 calories and only 8 saturated fat grams. This is less total fat than contained in one small cupcake; they generally hold about 12 total fat grams. In addition, the saturated fat grams are very slim at only 2 grams.
There are also nice notes of protein grams in the 7-Eleven taquitos.
These are available in several flavors: original, Spicy, BBQ and Asian Dragon Style Wings at participating locations.7-Eleven bumped them up in size by 50% - so you're getting a wing and a half for the same price as the smaller wing cost in the past.
The wings are available in the following amounts: 5, 10 or 20 per order.

Chicken Tenders: 100% White Meat. They are quite generous, true chicken tenders and not nuggets. There are dipping sauces available such as Tangy BBQ and Cool Ranch.
Pizza: It's available by the slice or by the 14" pizza-pie.
7-Eleven Burritos: They are available in 5 ounce or 10 ounce size, depending upon your level of hunger.

Fresh Bakery Items
There is a large assortment of fresh bakery items at 7-Eleven including Fudge Brownie With OreoŽ, Blueberry Cobbler Muffins, Chocolate Chunk Cookies, Fresh to Go Brownies and our favorite - Glazed Donuts.
On average, donuts contain about 200 calories each for a nice-size glazed donut. Commercially prepared cookies range in energy values but generally contain about 150 calories for chocolate chip, about 10 more calories for oatmeal raisin varieties. Brownies also range in calories, but average about 200 kcals each.
Muffins - the smaller ones contain about 350 kcals while the giant ones contain giant calories.
7-Eleven has many good choices that can fit on most healthy diet plans. If you're on the go and need a quick bite that's not going to ruin your weight loss plan, 7-Eleven makes a healthier choice than many fast food restaurants.
Many of the entrees contain lower amounts of sodium and fat content than found at fast food restaurants which in turn assists in keeping calories low.
