Healthy Meal Suggestions for Your Family

watermelon02_red.gif Wok some healthy veggies and lean meats; serve with rice (white or brown) and fortune cookies which are ultra low in calories. Rather than dining at the table, place a few pillows on the floor and center the meal in the middle of the pillows.  Don't forget the chopsticks!

watermelon02_red.gif Enjoy your meal Lazy-Susan Style.  Place a healthy chicken salad in the center bowl made with drained chunk chicken (we love Tyson), a bit of Light Mayo and chopped lettuce. Next, fill the remaining trays with olives, chunks of peeled apple, golden and brown raisins, chopped celery and chopped walnuts so that your family can personalize their chicken salad.  Wheat Kangaroo pockets make healthy holders for the chicken salad and may even be dropped into the toaster for a crispy twist before filling.

watermelon02_red.gif Ka-bobs on the grill not only make for family fun - they can be ultra healthy.  Try layering chunks of lean pork, fresh chunks of pineapple and green pepper. Brush on a light glaze using your favorite glazing sauce.
