Economical Recipe for Ramen Noodle Caboodle

Recipe Ingredients for Ramen Noodle Caboodle

Noodles- 1 package of Ramen Noodles, chicken flavor

- 1/2 cup of boned, skinless chicken

- Chinese sauce (your favorite)

- 1 package of assorted Chinese vegetables, frozen

How to Prepare Our Ramen Noodle Caboodle Recipe

Cook or pan roast the chicken in a deep skillet. When juices run clear and the chicken is completely done, add the frozen vegetables.

Allow the vegetables to cook until they reach a tender state.

Next, add the Ramen Noodles. Do NOT add the chicken packet. As you'll see below in our nutrition data chart, the packet is mined with excess sodium which can generate false pounds in the body due to sodium's water retention properties. And false weight gain is the last thing you need if you're trying to manage your body weight.

The Ramen Noodles should quickly cook. I use a spatula to break them apart at some point - when they look a bit moist. Add your favorite Chinese sauce to complete the recipe.
