Shrimp Ramen Noodle Recipe

This is a very quick and easy meal to prepare. We use the large size salad shrimp for this recipe, but any of your favorite variety can be used.

The Recipe Ingredients

1 packet of your favorite Ramen Noodles; shrimp versions work nicely in this recipe [discard the seasoning packet]
2 cups of hulled and deveined shrimp of your choice, steamed
1 Tablespoon of 50 - 60 calorie margarine
1/3 cup of fresh English Peas
1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of dried dill weed
1 teaspoon of ground paprika
Cracked Black Pepper, amount used depends upon your personal taste

Preparation Notes

Start by cooking the noodles as directed on the package. Discard any leftover liquid and add the margarine. Next, add the cooked shrimp and lemon juice. Stir to incorporate.

Next, sprinkle on the dill weed, the paprika and add the English peas. Stir gently again to incorporate over medium heat. When warmed through and through, sprinkle the top with the cracked black pepper.
