Cheesy Mexican Rice, An Easy Recipe
This recipe for Cheesy Mexican Rice comes together in just a few minutes.
Start by preparing the Uncle Ben's Spanish Rice as directed on package. This very tasty rice takes less than two minutes to prepare.
Next, heat the cheese queso as directed on the jar. We prefer the Tostitos brand which can generally be found in the chip section of the market.
Mix the rice with the queso. Enjoy with tortilla chips.
This recipe makes 3 generous servings for about 365 calories each. If more queso is desired - be sure to count the extra calories.
Enjoy with a delicious and healthy side salad containing the following vegetables: chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, fresh chopped cilantro and a dash of balsamic vinegar.
