Simply add 1 regular size can of pureed pumpkin to a medium-size soup pot. Whisk in 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of Half & Half. As a note, 1 cup of Half & Half contains 315 calories. A cup of whole milk contains about 160 calories.
Next, whisk in the pumpkin pie spice and the ground cinnamon. Heat until hot and bubbly. Enjoy by the fireside cuddled by a favorite blanket. The entire pot of Pumpkin Soup contains about 600 calories and serves four very generously.
