Ingredients for this lower calorie Ziti recipe:

1 box of ziti (our box contained a serving for 6 totaling 1,200 calories)
1 jar or can of your favorite spaghetti sauce (600 calories)
1 bag of low fat shredded mozzarella cheese (800 calories)
Grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Simply combine the pasta with the sauce and transfer to a baking pan. Top with the shredded low fat mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven until golden brown. Makes 8 very generous servings for about 325 calories each.

Top with grated Parmesan Cheese if desired. Be sure to enjoy a side salad with light dressing and a slice of crusty bread.
