Calories in Lemons

It's perhaps known as the king of seasonings when it comes to fish. Nothing tastes like a pan-seared fillet of fish that has been flavored with a squeeze of lemon. That citrus blast adds volumes of flavor.
If you've never tried it with shellfish - such as steamed shrimp, please do along with a dash or two of lemon pepper.
We can take a simple glass of pure clean water and add a good squeeze of lemon along with a few packets of sugar substitute and we have a diet lemonade recipe which contains less than 10 calories. And it's so good! You can also give a squeeze to your soda for a unique flavor.

As to the nutritional values, we can easily see by glancing at the following nutritional chart that lemons are super low in caloric content.
And surprisingly, they contain significant dietary fiber grams.
But it's no surprise as to the Vitamin C content which can assist greatly in boosting your immunity while you are losing weight.
