Quick Frozen Grape Recipe for Dieters

While they are absolutely delicious when enjoyed in their raw state, I like to place them on a sheet of wax paper and pop them into the freezer for about half an hour.

When I remove them they are almost at a frozen stage, and in the summer time, they are a very welcome, ice cold treat and make a lovely snack.

Other Uses for Grapes in the Daily Diet

While they are often part of a fruit salad, they can also be added to dinner salads. They'll add color as well as a burst of sweetness. Just be sure to use the seedless varieties.
