When I remove them they are almost at a frozen stage, and in the summer time, they are a very welcome, ice cold treat and make a lovely snack.
While they are often part of a fruit salad, they can also be added to dinner salads. They'll add color as well as a burst of sweetness. Just be sure to use the seedless varieties.
And the fantastic thing is that grapes are available in a variety of colors - from green to dark green to light and dark purple and yes, even red. Think about all those beautiful colors in your next salad bowl - just waiting for you to take that first healthy bite.
Salads that are prepared with grapes and other fresh fruits often are complimented well with fruit-based salad dressings. We recommend the reduced fat varieties which will allow you to save several calories - and lots of fat grams.

They are also a popular star in many fruit cocktail recipes. I know that every time that I open up a can of fruit cocktail that's packed in its natural juices, the first thing that I look for are the green grapes. I just love them; my husband goes for the cherries. It's all good.
