Can
You Get Fat by Eating a Healthy Diet?
Winston's
heart-wrenching story of how his healthy diet caused weight gain.
Grab a tissue!
We are
bombarded these days about the importance of embracing a healthy
diet.
But even
a healthy diet can generate weight gain - massive weight gain. Just
look at how too much of a good thing struck Winston's weight scales
with a bolt of Diet Lightening, melting them to smithereens in the
process.
Note that
all the foods within Winston's diet are considered ultra-healthy
foods.

In Summary: Total
Calorie Intake for the Day = About 3,030 Calories. Winston
requires about 2,000 calories per day in order to maintain
his recommended weight. At the 3,030 calorie rate,
he will gain about 2 pounds per week - or over 100 pounds
per year.
-
- Winston's healthy
diet shows us the importance of not only the quantity of
food within our daily diets, but also the importance of
being able to pair-up healthy foods that keep us within
our daily calorie requirements. Even healthy foods
have the power to pack pounds onto the scales.
