Beef Stroganoff & Spring Salad Diet Recipe Place cubed cutlets into a thick pot and cook until bottom of pan forms a golden brown color. Quickly add onions and bell pepper. Stir. Serve with a side salad of raw spinach, diced tomatoes and cucumber - and just a splash of salad dressing.
