Mystery Cream Pie, 225 calories per serving

A lower calorie no-bake Macadamia nut cream pie recipe for dieters.

Basic Filling Ingredients:

2 single serving containers of your favorite vanilla flavored yogurt
1/2 small container of light whipped topping

1/2 cup of whole Macadamia nuts (about 240 calories)
100 calories worth of caramel ice cream topping
100 calories worth of chocolate syrup

Begin by chopping the Macadamia nuts. Add to yogurt. Gently combine yogurt and light whipped topping.

Next, spoon 1/2 the filling mixture into your selected pie shell; using a spoon, drizzle the toppings over the yogurt mixture. Top with remaining filling.

Vanilla Sky Pie, about 200 calories per slice
