We based all of the caloric values for these pies on the graham cracker crust recipe located here unless otherwise noted and are based on 1/6th of a wedge of pie.

Basic Ingredients Low Calorie Pie Recipe for Pie Filling, 168 Calories

300 calories worth of chocolate whipped yogurt

1/2 small container of light whipped topping (15 calories per serving = 188 calories total)

Combine chocolate yogurt with topping and transfer to pie shell.

Create a gourmet pie by adding grated chocolate to the top of the pie, or mini chocolate chips. Or drizzle on a bit of chocolate syrup.

Boston Cream Pie Recipe, 153 Calories Per Slice

Boston Cream Pie - Light as a feather! Delicious and also nutritious the diet pie recipe contains a healthy dose of creamy yogurt.

Filling Ingredients: Simply combine these two ingredients:

2 single serving containers of Boston Cream Pie flavored yogurt (about 100 calories per serving = 200 calories total)

1/2 small container of light whipped topping

Create a gourmet pie by adding whipped light cream cheese to the filling. Dust top of prepared pie with cocoa powder.

Blend together cream cheese and yogurt. Combine yogurt mixture with whipped topping. Create a gourmet pie by adding sliced fresh strawberries to the filling mixture. Top the pie with large, fresh red strawberries.
