Light Cream Cheese Pie Crust Recipe

Soften 1 small 3-ounce package of light cream cheese.

Add 1/4 cup of whipped margarine to cream cheese and mix with a spoon or fork until smooth.

Add 1 ½ cups of all-purpose flour. Combine, then roll into shape of pie crust.

Spray pie plate before baking in a 350-degree preheated oven for easier serving. Entire recipe contains about 800 calories.

Angel Pie Crust Recipe

Beat 2 egg whites in a chilled bowl with 1/3 teaspoon of cream of tartar until stiff.

Slowly add 3 Tablespoons of sugar OR use Splenda for 0 calories.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or imitation vanilla.

Spoon into a glass pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray, and use the spoon to form the crust.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350-degrees until light golden brown. Cool completely before adding filling.
