Mexican Stew With Black Beans
Yummy and super ultra low in calories. This low calorie recipe lives up to the old adage of eating one's way to thinness.
Ingredients for this low calorie recipe:
1 small can of black beans
1 small can of any variety of kidney beans
1 small can of diced tomatoes
1 package of taco seasoning
Combine all the ingredients and cook until bubbly. Add crumbled corn chips and cheese to your Mexican Stew if desired.

We have two different preparation methods:
