The Know-Diet Plan Step-by-Step Directions to Weight Loss Success

1. Enjoy 3 meals per day; breakfast, lunch & dinner. If you miss a meal and it's close to the next meal of the day, grab a piece of fruit to rein in your appetite until meal time arrives.

2. Enjoy 1 serving/helping at the table at meal time. No seconds! Try to choose a variety of foods housed within the Official Food Pyramid.

3. Drink 1 serving of skim milk with your meals (1 cup).

4. Cut out all snacks.

5. Cut out all calorie-filled beverages. Opt for diet-wise drinks and water.

6. Drink at least 8 cups of water throughout the day.

7. Enjoy an activity that you like at least 3 times per week for 10-20 minutes minimum. Start out slow, particularly if you have a lot of weight to lose.

Weigh at the beginning of your Know-Diet Plan and allow yourself 1 week on the plan before weighing in again. See how well you did. The great aspect about this diet plan which separates it from other diet plans is that it can be used as a life pattern from this day forward. Keep in mind that the healthier the foods are that you choose to eat, the healthier your body will be.
