How to Prepare Diet Bites Mistlesnow Garden Recipe

Note that in our recipe we allow you to choose how many containers of yogurt you'd like to add to the recipe.

Some may like a higher amount of yogurt in the recipe than others. It does add sweetness, along with the cranberry sauce.

To prepare this holiday diet recipe, gently combine the yogurt and sour cream. We have posted nutritional notes and calories for sour cream below for your quick reference. It's quite high in calories if you use the regular version; the light is reduced by amount 20 calories per serving.

You also get to choose whether you want to go with regular or the light version. Because this is a special time of the year, it may not be worth sacrificing a few calories in exchange for flavor.

Diet Dessert Recipe prepared with yogurt, pudding, topping.Or would that be....worth exchanging flavor for sacrificing a few calories? Whatever the reason, we're sure you know what we're referring to. Frankly, we'd go with the full-blown sour cream - higher calories and fat, or not.

Next, gently fold in the cranberry sauce. Simply fill mixture into a bowl and place our 'snow' into the center of your 'garden' tray.

Add other holiday foods to the tray - such as holiday cookies or appetizers of your choice.

Create More Holiday Recipes Using Yogurt

You can create a multitude of light desserts using yogurt. One of our favorite recipes combines yogurt with whipped topping. We can also add our favorite light pudding to the recipe. For example, what about lemon pudding? Nice! We can grate some lemon rind on top or add sugar sprinkles.
