Holiday Packages - A Diet Friendly Recipe

If you have never baked with puff pastry, you're in for an amazing treat. Puff pastry lends the appearance of a professional bakery recipe. You'll need one packages of puff pastry dough to create our holiday packages. Divide into 9 squares and fill with the following mix:

- cooked diced chicken

- sauteed (raw) spinach cooked in cooking spray with a bit of diced onion + sliced mushrooms

- grated mozzarella cheese

 

Fold puff pasty squares to form a triangle. Next, brush with an egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 350-degrees until golden brown. Serve with a bowl of whole cranberry sauce if desired.

 

Besides being kind to the waist, our Holiday Packages allows the chef to add as much of the filling ingredients as desired. If you're a mushroom lover, then add more mushrooms. If you don't like spinach, then omit - and so forth. One thing is for certain; your holiday guests will be asking the name of the bakery where you 'purchased' these beautiful, tasty delights.
