Elf Magic, an Original

To make our Elf Magic Mix you will need:
- 1 small box of Honey Nut Cheerios
- 1 small box of Lucky Charms cereal
- 1 small box of Trix cereal
- 1 cup of miniature marshmallows
- powdered sugar (a little goes a long way)
Simply sprinkle mix with powdered sugar then pour into a holiday serving bowl.
Add a small plastic shovel decked out in ribbons to the mix so that guests can self-serve. Place a stack of colorful foil-lined cupcake holders next to the mix so that guests can load-up.
Cheerios of all varieties make an excellent addition to almost all healthy diet plans. There are a few individuals who can't consume certain ingredients - and Cheerios are quite gassy, but let's face it. All foods which tend to be gassy tend to also be quite healthy for the body.

Honey Nut Cheerios in particular are wonderful as a snack. For about 105 calories we can enjoy close to a cup - and we don't even need any milk.
They are very lightly sweetened, so we don't have need to add more sugar grams to the mix, either.
About those sugar grams... How many are in a 3/4 cup serving of Honey Nut Cheerios? Just a tab over 9 grams, which is quite impressive - considering that it tastes so sweet.
It's also fabulous in its dietary fiber content at 2 whole grams per 3/4 cup serving. Due to the whole grain properties and the dietary fiber, it's also a formidable foe against fighting bad cholesterol.
