Christmas Punch

To make this diet friendly holiday Christmas punch you will need the following ingredients:
- 1 large container of Apple Juice containing Splenda
- 1 large container of Cranberry Cocktail containing Splenda (any flavor)
- 1 liter of sparkling water OR club soda OR seltzer
Simply mix and pour into a pretty punchbowl or ladle into a beautiful glass.
Add slices of orange if desired to the punchbowl - or to the rim of the glass that you use.
If more sweetness is desired, add Splenda but for most, the juices provide ample sweetness.
If you enjoy the flavor and texture of whipped topping and sherbet, you may enjoy this recipe. You will need the following ingredients to prepare this light punch recipe.
1 carton or 1/2 gallon of orange, lime or pineapple sherbet
1 liter of orange soda or lemon-lime soda
1 container of whipped topping

As a note, you can use the diet friendly ingredients - such as diet soda and reduced fat whipped topping if you wish. If you use the orange sherbet, add orange soda to the punchbowl and then the topping. Grate orange peeling on top if you wish or add the sugars which add sparkle.
If you use the lime or pineapple sherbet, go with the lemon lime soda and add the topping. Grate lime on top if you wish.
