Weight Loss Tips - No Diet
Switch those calorie-loaded beverages for water or ultra-low OR zero calorie beverages. That innocent looking can of cola contains about 250 calories - enough to enjoy the following:
- 2 strips of bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of toast
- 1/2 cup of skim milk
Show Snack-Time the door OR stick to fresh fruits or fresh vegetables instead of high calorie below-the-belt punches such as potato chips.

Let go of second helpings.
Quit shaking hands with salt. Although salt contains zero calories it contributes to water retention and water weighs heavily and may reflect 'false' weight gain on the scales.
