Making a few simple changes in lifestyle will indeed carve away pounds effortlessly.

So if you've tried dieting and it's not your bag YET you still yearn to drop unwanted weight, try the following weight loss tips then feel and see the difference!

Weight Loss Tips - No Diet

Switch those calorie-loaded beverages for water or ultra-low OR zero calorie beverages. That innocent looking can of cola contains about 250 calories - enough to enjoy the following:

 

- 2 strips of bacon

- 1 egg

- 1 slice of toast

- 1/2 cup of skim milk

 

Show Snack-Time the door OR stick to fresh fruits or fresh vegetables instead of high calorie below-the-belt punches such as potato chips.

 

If you pick up a food and end up with greasy hands - put it back. One of Diet Bites' original tips is, "Hide From Fried".

 

Let go of second helpings.
