Deep Within the Diet Forest Live.....Evil Weight Gain Trolls
by Sky Taylor, Diet Bites
Dieter Jane eyed the fruit-filled tort with reservations, trying to decide if she wanted to carve off Piece 2. Indeed, it was a masterpiece of a recipe. Her friend Penny had outdid herself. Again.
Even though the delicious concoction contained a good deal of fruit, Jane also noted that it contained a good deal of sugar. It was one sweet treat. And Penny had mentioned that she'd tried using just a tab of whipped shortening in the frosting. No wonder it had tasted so fluffy - and the sugar had concealed that added high-calorie fluff.
"Okay. Yes! Yes - I'll have just one more piece," Dieter Jane decided, the fruit-filled masterpiece winning the fight over Mr. Diet Motivation.
A smile covered Jane's face as she listened to the chatter in the distance, the office rather happy due to Penny's tasty surprise. But as she took up the tiny spade to cut into the sweet treat, she almost gasped aloud. What! What was sitting on top of Penny's delicious demise? Jane leaned closer to the cake, and at this close distance - she could clearly see what was sitting on top of the sky-high cake. Trolls. Weight Gain trolls to be exacto. Tempting her like two innocent angels. But no - Jane wasn't about to fall for their tempting ways.
Picking up her Wand of Diet Motivation, she invisibly touched the cake with it - sending those pesky Weight Gain Trolls to the old Sugar Pit & Fat Vat that live deep within the Diet Forest. "There. No more diet temptation," Dieter Jane smiled, turning away from her 'too-close-Weight-Gain-Troll-Collision' to join her co-workers.
In Summary
Oh to be as strong as Dieter Jane! Because of such, she will indeed continue to have success in her healthy daily diet plan - going on to lose her last twenty-five pounds of unwanted weight. If you have trouble in avoiding Weight Gain Trolls, these tips might be of help:
If you want a dessert, plan ahead. When desserts become 'sprung' on us, they are much harder to resist.
Be aware of eating desserts (or anything for that matter) in which you don't know the calorie content.
Fruit based desserts tend to contain less calories that full-blown desserts unless they are mined with cream cheese, frostings frosted with vegetable shortening and melted marshmallows.
Having dessert is perfectly okay when dieting as long as you count those calories!
