This diet tip is so simple - so easy - so appealing and fun, but the best part is that anyone over the age of Toddler can do it with the greatest of ease. And it's one of the best tips to assist in dropping those pesky pounds quickly, safely and easily.

This diet tip can also aid in healthier digestion, fighting off those nasty gas bubbles that cause us to burp, hiccup and trigger various other explosions.

This diet tip can make meal time so much more enjoyable - making the dieter feel like they are eating more food for less calories. And who doesn't like to feel like they are getting more for less - particularly these days with milk prices doubling from a few short months ago, as well as almost every commonly-used food that we purchase at the local market - not to mention the price of fuel in getting us there.

This diet tip can help the dieter feel full before they have stumbled over the brink of the Diet Grand Canyon and into the land of 'Whoops - I've Had Too Many Calories'.

So what is this diet tip - this simple diet tip that has the power to accomplish all of the above? Nothing can be THIS simple, can it? Particularly when it comes to weight loss.

Oh - but it can! The next time that you sit down for your meal, simply do this: EAT S-L-O-W-L-Y. Take time to appreciate your food. Savor the flavors. Pay attention to those taste buds in the process. What are they telling you? Are you enjoying the sweet flavors laced within your food? The spicy? The tart?

Pause to add a bit of pepper, lemon juice and other low calorie options that might make your meal more enjoyable. Chew each bite thoroughly before tucking it away in the old Tummy Locker.
