Creamy Winter Cocoa - a low calorie recipe for hot chocolate
1 Tablespoon of Hershey's Cocoa
Splenda (or your favorite sugar substitute)
1 cup of skim milk (if you use whole or 2% milk, simply use 1/2 cup of milk + 1/2 cup of water)
Put cocoa powder in large cup. Add Splenda - as much or as little as you desire depending upon personal taste.
Next, add just a spoon or two of the milk and stir until smooth. Slowly add remaining milk. Heat in microwave until piping hot.
Serve topped with mini-marshmallows OR a dollop of light whipped topping.
Calories: Without the whipped topping and marshmallows, this low calorie recipe for diet wise cocoa contains a tiny 100 calories per cup.
