The Candy Man Can - Put on Unwanted Weight

Ah - just take a good gander at The Candy Man. He looks so friendly - so inviting, so innocent. How could he possibly harm anyone? Just look at that angelic face - so sweet.  Unfortunately, it's that streak of sweetness which makes him naughty.

Almost 100% of candy contains a vast amount of sugar. A good deal of candy contains a high amount of fat. This dynamic duo (the sugar-fat combo) is responsible for more cases of weight gain than any other combos on the planet. They can gyrate those trim Venus Hips to Jupiter in a flash. Even more frustrating is that the sugar-fat combo is difficult - at best, to resist.

If you find yourself hypnotized by chocolate, dazzled by cream filled bonbons, and seduced by naughty nuts concealed in covers of chocolate - here are a few tips that can keep those hips from exploding into the universe:

Opt for candy that contains zero fat grams.

When ordering desserts, share with friends and family. And it's always okay to ask for a take-out box.

Tiny candies that slowly dissolve in the mouth can work wonders in satisfying a sweet tooth for a minimal of calories.

The less sugar consumed, the less sugar is craved. Try opting for fresh fruit over commercially prepared sweets and you should experience a great reduction in sugar cravings within a few short days.

Look for 'light' versions of your favorite candy.

Although sugar substitutes are terrific for getting pounds off, as well as weight maintenance, they can create an explosion of gas in some individuals which can last for many hours to come
