- Enjoy a cup of frozen strawberries for snack-time. They take a long time to eat while holding nutritional powers.

- Add a few frozen strawberries to skim milk and blend for a quick, healthy shake. Add Splenda or a spoon of sugar for a sweeter treat.

- Toss a few fresh strawberries with raw spinach, dried cranberries and hulled sunflower seeds for a delicious side salad that's wealthy in health values.

- For a light summer soup, pulverize strawberries, then heat. Add a bit of Splenda to sweeten and a mint leaf for beauty.

- Pulverized strawberries also substitute well for oils/fats in recipes and create a unique flavor.
