Protein Content Assist in Combating Hunger Pain
Frozen cherries take a lot longer to eat than fresh cherries and they contain a good deal of dietary fiber content which can assist in controlling appetite.
They also contain protein which can also assist in keeping hunger away longer than when consuming foods which contain zero protein.

Cherries marry wonderfully-well with rice, pork, and poultry.
For a really sweet breakfast treat try popping a few pitted fresh cherries into your pancake or waffle batter.
Or, enjoy them in the raw and topped with light whipped cream (yes, the real stuff is as long in calories as the whipped topping - only 15 calories per serving for the light version, so why have fake when you can have real).
For a delicious low calorie pick-me-up skinny shake, whirl 3/4 cup of reduced fat or skim milk with 1/2 cup of frozen cherries to create a delicious, super shake. This tastes great any time of the day - from breakfast to a bedtime snack.
