Signs That Signal It's Time to Diet

The most common item that pops to mind when determining if it's time to diet is the weight scales.  But with a little keen perception, there are other things that can signal weight gain that may help keep us from packing on pounds before we get around to weighing.

1. The trusty old belt is much tighter these days.

2. When you have to lay down on the bed just to get those once-comfortable jeans zipped up.  And no - it's not the dryer heat that shrunk them this time.

3. That shiny ring feels much tighter even on those low-sodium intake days.

4. The old tummy has started talking to you on a regular basis.  It's either grumbling or groaning and it seems like it takes much longer for that last meal to digest these days.

5. Then there's an imbalance in potty time because you're either running to make it in time, or it appears more like a goat has used the potty than a human.

6. That tired feeling - so tired that exercise is definitely out!

The good news?  Weight gain is curable and Diet Bites is here to help you all that we know how!
