The Diet Bites Weight Loss Program
Diet
Bites has a plethora of free diet plans, including menus
and diet advice that we hope enrich our readers who
seek better health and who want to drop a few pounds
along the way.
Although
dieting should be a very simple process (eat less, lose
weight), it's a fairly involved process that takes determination
and frankly, a lot of Diet Guts.
To
help get you started, we've created a simple outline
of the basic steps for a great weight loss program.
Diet Bites has so many unique articles, recipes
and ideas that can really make dieting fun - or as painless
as possible. Here's to your weight loss success!
We're pullin' for ya!
1.
The first step
towards weight loss is walking straight to your doctor's
office and getting that well-needed, well-exam. Your
doctor may also run a few tests to make sure you don't
have a hidden condition that is contributing to your
weight such as thyroid problems, diabetes - even allergies
which can indeed spur weight gain. Your doctor
may even recommend the latest and greatest diet pills
to help you lose weight. Or you may be referred to a
nutritionist or dietitian.
Ooh - and now for all the healthy choices!
2.
The next step
in the Diet Bites Weight Loss Program is to determine
which diet plan you want to use while losing weight.
Diet Bites is filled with tips for choosing the
weight loss plan that is best for you - as well as advice
on how to modify a diet plan to fit your lifestyle.
And we have several free diet plans that you can
use as a pattern for weight loss.
We
feel that the best diet plan is one built on the foundation
of the Official Food Pyramid.
3.
Once you have
your diet plan in place, devise a savvy backup plan.
For example, if you find that you are unable to
stick to the diet plan that you chose, your backup plan
might be, "Don't stop the weight loss process!
Simply chose a better diet plan."
4.
Choose your
FAVORITE activity. If you don't put an activity
that you like to work in your weight loss plan, then
the weight loss plan probably won't work.
