thing about this low calorie banana recipe is that although
it's quick to make it takes a while to eat.
Frozen
Chocolate Dipped Banana:
Take frozen banana an octave higher by leaving it whole
for the freezing process. Remove and drizzle on
four, melted DARK chocolate Hershey's Kisses for less
than 200 calories OR press mini-chocolate chips into
the side of the banana (frozen or unfrozen banana both
work well).
The dark
chocolate may render a few heart-healthy benefits.

Recipe for Banana Shake:
Whip the following in a blender: 1 medium banana, dash
of vanilla, Splenda, 1 cup of skimmed milk.
Mixture
will turn into a frothy slim shake. Makes enough
to serve two generously for about 180 calories OR 90
calories per serving.

Recipe for Banana Fluff:
Mash one medium banana and carefully fold in 1 cup of
fat-free, sugar free whipped topping. Allow 80
calories for the banana and check whipped topping label
to tally up calorie content.
Sprinkle
with a bit of ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg to spice
it up OR add a bit of vanilla and rum extract.
Low Calorie
Recipe for Banana Bread Spread:
Mash one medium banana; add a bit of Splenda (or sugar),
ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg and you'll have a
tasty spread for your bread.

Fantana:
In a microwave-proof container - Take one sliced medium
banana and add Splenda, ground cinnamon, dash of real
vanilla and a shot of no calorie butter. Crumble
up one slice of 50-60 calorie bread. Add 1/2 cup of
skimmed milk Stir gently. Add 1 Tablespoon
of dry oats plus 1 Tablespoon of real brown sugar (light
or dark).
Crank this
up in your microwave for about 2-3 minutes for a taste
treat fit for a king's queen.
