in Gingersnap Cookies - About 120 Calories for Six Cookies
There's nothing quite like the smell of tasty gingerbread hot from the oven. Topped with a little
whipped fluff - and the Ginger Lover is in paradise!
Lucky for ginger
lovers, gingersnap cookies make a calorie-wise alternative
to gingerbread topped with heavy whipped cream. They
tend to be very low in fat, which in turn translates
to those fewer calories.
About six typical
gingersnaps found in the snack section of your favorite
market in the familiar brown-bag contain about 120 calories.
Of course, they are
delicious but the other great thing about gingersnaps
is that they can be enjoyed in small bites. They
also stand up very well to dunking at coffee time.
