Dieting
- You Can Eat This, Or You Can Eat This
Making
sense out of diets....
Pre-Dieter Sharon had just received her new
diet plan in the mail. Was she happy!
The diet plan began
with a set of questions to help Sharon best determine
the foods that would fit best into her daily diet plan.
The questions also asked her about the foods that
seem to tempt her most throughout her day.
What a great idea!
Using the answers from the questions, she could
identify all her food weaknesses, incorporate healthy
foods into her diet plan and in no time flat, this unwanted
75 pounds would be flying out the Diet Door.
When Sharon finally
completed her list of risky foods, she looked at it
with an open mouth. Here are the foods she had
identified:
chocolate cake,
brownies, chocolate chip cookies, fig bars, donuts filled
with Bavarian cream, potato chips, corn chips, tortilla
chips, chocolate fudge, anything with cheese, whipped
cream, ice cream, sour cream, fresh baked bread with
butter, peanut butter, fried foods, pudding, baked
beans, avocado, pizza with lots of pepperoni, cheeseburgers,
lasagna, spaghetti, enchiladas, mac n cheese, sausage,
bacon -
Wow - let's pause
there and continue with Pre-Dieter Sharon's new Diet
Dilemma.
Sharon went on to
read in her diet plan, "These foods should be
removed from your kitchen until you lose down to your
recommended weight."
Five seconds later,
she recovered and thumbed to the 'money back guarantee'
page of the diet plan. Right off the bat, Sharon was
wise enough to know that although the questions had
been a fun activity, this diet wasn't going to work
for her.
Although she was
willing to cut back on her daily food intake, Sharon
didn't want to live through the next several months
without enjoying her favorite foods from time-to-time
in moderation.
In Summary:
Before purchasing
any diet plan OR joining any diet program, be sure to
check out that money back guarantee - just in case the
plan is not for you.
One you determine
that a diet plan isn't for you - keep searching until
you find one that will.
