Why is Dieter Clyde walking away from his pretty big house? He appears to be a bit frightened. Maybe it's because he is fixing to walk right off of that looming cliff.

Then again, we have some inside information on Clyde's Diet Cliffhanger.  

The real reason that he is running away from his cozy home is because it is filled with all sorts of exercise machines and gadgets, as well as a pantry of diet food that Clyde is simply, 'Flat sick of'.

Clyde has been so busy exercising and watching his diet that he has been too busy to notice that he has reached his goal weight!

We'll rescue Clyde in a bit, but for now let's focus on some basic diet tips that will make almost any dieter's diet more bearable.

When a dieter becomes bored with their daily diet, it's time to shift gears NOT give up on healthy eating.

Whether the dieter searches for new recipes OR returns to the basics, any change is a welcome change.
