Granny load your gun and your homemade biscuits because TNT Chicken is packin' a peppery, diet pistol on your grill tonight!

Explosive flavor, tangy goodness, low in fat and calories - what more could a dieter ask for?  Avocado?  Okay, we've got that too!

As a Diet Food Note, the TNT stands for 'Tom's Notorious Trailblazing' Chicken.  Now, grab your hat and your salt n' pepper shakers and let's get cookin'.

Peppery TNT Chicken, a Diet Recipe

Brush chicken with the following mixture of:

chipolte sauce (look in the salsa section at your local market)

1 Tablespoon of brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard

Grill until glaze is candied.

Creamy Avocado Salad, a Diet Recipe

You will need the following ingredients to prepare this diet recipe.

1 cup of shredded Iceberg lettuce

1 small avocado, peeled, seeded & cubed

1/4 cup of chopped onion

1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes

1 Tablespoon of Miracle Whip LIGHT Salad Dressing

Salt & Pepper

Lemon Juice 

Shower avocado with lemon juice to prevent it from turning brown. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently.

Roasted Potatoes, a Diet Recipe

Roasted potatoes are ultra easy to prepare whether you are using the stove top, oven or grill.  
 
Slice potatoes (either white or sweet potatoes OR use parsnips to mix up the exotic flavors in your diet) ultra thin.  Season with a bit of salt and pepper, then sprinkle on chopped parsley - either dried or fresh.
 
Place potatoes into a non-stick pan sprayed with butter flavored non stick cooking spray.
 
Roast until they reach your desired tenderness.
