That satisfaction generally comes in the form of food – and not healthy food – foods like pizza, hot buttered popcorn, sugary soft drinks, and even alcohol. Spirits are extremely high in calories, and too many can wreck health and life.
Because the Night Owl Dieter enjoys the night hours best, and functions best at this time of day, there are few outdoor activities that can be enjoyed. It’s hard to play golf in the dark at midnight.
Dieting Solutions & Tips for the Night Owl Dieter:
POOL! Play pool as in billiards or pool, as in swimming pool. These are great late night activities for the Night Owl Dieter.
Take a moonlit walk but only if you can do such in a safe area. Better yet, try to get in that walk before the sun sets.
Opting for foods which are low in calories will help keep weight from shooting over the moon.
