At times, one would think they were dealing with layers of steel because those excess layers are sure tough to remove. But thankfully, when we eat and drink - and end up consuming more energy values than our body uses, it becomes stored in the fat cells - and is exhibited by the body in layers.

Good for us,  it sort of smoothes out in those layers; we'd look a bit wild if excess fat was stored in balls or squares.

But indeed, these smooth layers can be extremely difficult to remove.

Younger Individuals With Excess Body Fat

If you fall into this category, you'll lose weight quicker than your mom and lots quicker than granny. As we age our metabolic rate naturally slows - even if we remain highly active. Oh the crummy impact and effects of ageing.
