Dieting - Great Breakfast Suppers

One of the most important keys to weight loss is keeping the diet interesting.  On that note, treat your diet to breakfast foods any time of day.

Here are a few diet tips for breakfast foods:

Enjoy dry cereal for snacks - one piece at a time.
Keep Additives Healthy & Low Cal: skimmed milk, Splenda, no calorie butter spray.
Top those flapjacks with sugar free syrup.
Use egg substitute OR use 2 egg whites to one yolk to cut calories and cholesterol.
 
Microwave bacon and be sure to blot away excess oil with a paper towel.  Works well with sausages, too.
