BINGE - Thinking about going on a binge?

Nah - you don't want to do that!  Here is why....  You'll go A-I-P and eat all the goodies that you want, then you'll wish that you hadn't binged.

Keep in mind that when we binge, rarely do we choose ultra healthy foods such as carrots, onions, cabbage and celery.  No - we cozy up to sugar, spice and everything that's not so Diet Nice.

So cool your heels, take a deep breath, grab a cup of tea or a diet soda - and calm down.

Good. Now that you've collected your Savvy Diet Senses, go grab a pack of frozen fruits, frozen veggies or toss together a fresh salad.  Trust us - you'll feel a lot better about sticking to your Diet Guns than if you'd dropped off of Binge Hill.
