Therefore, whenever you are tempted by a fad diet plan which omits one or more of the Food Groups housed within, run from this type of weight loss plan - don't walk. And if the fad plan focuses on one specific food or two or three, claiming that these 'super foods' promote 'super weight loss' that's just a big old batch of phooey. Run!
