Height and Weight

Height is one of the most important elements impacting overall body weight.  It can play a big role when it comes to the weight scales.

It also regulates how much we can eat.  The taller that we are, the more energy that our bodies require to properly function.

If our appetites were programmed to operate according to the energy needs of our height, no one would have a problem with weight gain.

Keep in mind that your ideal body weight should be based on the following rather than what a chart dictates:

- how you feel at that certain 'perfect' weight.  While one individual may feel sluggish at one weight, another individual may thrive;

- health conditions; age; gender - and that's just for starters.
