Our 3 Day Diet to a Slimmer Body

Lucky you if you are too big for your britches because Diet Bites has a formula that will help shrink that body so those pants will fit like a glove - minus three fingers (minus two fingers for males).

No, we're not talking about a pants-stretcher, a popular gadget that fits into clothing and slowly expands the fabric. Our formula is a three day diet plan filled with slender goodness.

Three Day Diet

Before we lay out the menus, keep the following in mind:

Beverage Tips for Dieters

Beverages - drink as much as you like of the following: water, lemon and water, unsweetened tea and coffee OR sweetened with Splenda. For coffee and tea; use light creamers. Also enjoy diet sodas and Crystal Light if desired or other ultra low calorie beverages.

Snacks to Stimulate Fat Loss

Every day at mid-afternoon, enjoy a 90-110 calorie serving of yogurt plus one of the following: 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1 small plum, 2 apricots, 1 kiwi, 1/2 small banana, 1 cup of melon, 1/2 cup grapes. Please do not save your yogurt and fruit snacks to enjoy at the end of the day to get the maximum weight loss benefits from this Three Day Diet.

At the end of each day, enjoy 1 cup of SKIM milk whirled in a blender with 1/4 cup of your favorite FROZEN fruit. If you do not use frozen fruit, add a bit of ice to the blender.

The Three Day Diet - Day 1

Breakfast Menu: Cock-a-Doddle-Do! To prepare Cock-a-Doodle-Do whisk together the following: 1 whole egg, 1 egg white, salt, pepper, 1/2 slice of a piece of sliced cheese (chopped or broken into bits). Microwave until done.

Also enjoy 1 piece of toast (wheat bread will add more nutrition). Here's how to prepare: Spray a 55-80 calorie piece of bread with no calorie butter spray that stores in the fridge OR with butter flavored non-stick spray. Place in a warm pan until golden. Also enjoy 1 cup of skim or reduced fat milk.

Lunch Menu, Day 1

1 cup of your favorite beans
1 warmed flour tortilla smeared with no calorie butter spray
1/2 cup of cooked rice sprayed with no calorie butter spray (Parkay or I Can't Believe It's Not Butter are both very good)

Dinner Menu, Day 1

Charlie's Big Catch! Shred or chop as much lettuce as you like into a large salad bowl.  Add one small can of drained tuna canned in spring water. Add pepper, a dash of salt and just a dash of celery seed (optional).  Top with 1 Tablespoon of LIGHT Miracle Whip or Mayo. Enjoy with 5 saltine crackers and a bit of fresh tomato.

The Three Day Diet - Day 2

Breakfast Menu: Pigs in the Light-Weight Blanket. To prepare, you'll need ONE regular biscuit ranging from 100 to 130 calories. Separate raw biscuit in half. Roll each half around an Eckrich Smoky Link (70 calories each).

Pop into the oven at 375 degrees and bake until golden. Keep a close eye on your pigs because they will cook quickly. Also enjoy 1 cup of skim or reduced fat milk.

Lunch Menu, Day 2

1 small roasted chicken breast with skin removed
1 cup of green beans
1 small baked potato topped with no calorie butter, salt, pepper and just a teaspoon of sour cream, if desired.

Dinner Menu, Day 2

Soup n Salad:  Enjoy 1 cup of your favorite canned soup.  Enjoy a giant salad that incorporates any of the following:  lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, radish, onion, shredded cabbage, shredded zucchini, shredded carrots.

Also add 2 slices of extra lean sliced sandwich meat, if desired and 1/2 slice of cheese.  Enjoy with LITE salad dressing using recommended serving size on package or bottle.

Three Day Diet - Day 3

Breakfast Menu: 1 Serving of oatmeal. One slice of toast prepared as you did on Day 1 of the Three Day Diet. Also enjoy 1 cup of low fat or skim milk.

Lunch Menu, Day 3

An assorted tray of the following served with 2 Tablespoons of your favorite LIGHT salad dressing or dip: cherry tomatoes, lettuce, sliced onions, carrot sticks, 3 ounces lean ham, 1 slice of 70 calorie cheese, sliced mushrooms, radishes.

Slice one boiled egg and add to tray.

Dinner Menu, Day 3

3 ounces of your favorite broiled fish (sprinkle with lemon pepper if desired while cooking)

1/2 cup beets (cold or hot/use no calorie butter if you use 'butter')

1 cup of asparagus (with no calorie butter spray)

1 cup of sliced mushrooms and sliced onions 'fried' in no calorie, butter flavored cooking spray

When you wake up in the morning, weigh BEFORE you eat and before you get dressed. You should see a weight loss and your clothing should fit less tight.

We want to leave you with a few tips as you go forward with your fat loss plan. Always start out with the intention of losing the fat - and keeping it off forever. YoYo type reduction plans will only contribute to permanent obesity and poor health.

Is the only road to “Thin” named starvation?  One might think so. You know the feeling. You have been on that rotten calorie-free diet for 2 weeks now.  

Before that, you could actually sit and eat for a good half-hour.  Now, you can simply inhale all your allotted food for the day in one breath.  

Still, you want to lose the unwanted pounds; you’re determined to accomplish that this time around.

Before you enjoy that goody before you OR the next meal, think of these words:

"May I take your order please?"

Think of these words as your tummy asking your brain what you want to enjoy rather than your brain asking your tummy what it wants to enjoy. So many times, our tummy out-smarts our good sense and we get tricked into eating something that we soon afterwards regret.

So listen to your body talk - your brain that is, rather than your tummy and good things will come.
