This non-diet tip may save you several pounds of weight gain. It's a simple method that can be utilized by anyone battling weight gain - dieting or not. You may have a few pounds to lose OR several pounds to lose, and you may want to diet OR you may not want to diet. However, one thing is for certain - you don't want to gain any more weight! There is a very simple thing that you can do to prevent that from happening, and it only takes about five seconds per day. The only thing that you need is a weight scale. By stepping on the weight scale every day - or at least once per week, you can monitor your weight. Devoted monitoring of your weight helps keep weight gain under wraps OR at least, to a minimal level. I do understand about weight gain - about dieting, and about how hard it is to lose that unwanted weight. There is a lot of advice out in Diet Land about what the dieter should and should not do - and all these ideas just aren't very effective in Today's World. They aren't working. Most Diet Advisors don't have any idea what it's like to drop a significant amount of weight. But I do. And the Diet Truth of the matter is that most dieters drift back onto their former way of Diet Life - just like I did time and time again. Most Diet Gurus recommend that you DO NOT weigh every day. Diet Bull! Weigh as often as you want. Take the Diet Bull by the horns and steer it your 'weigh'. It's your body, and you can weigh as often as you like. I wish that I had someone telling me in my overweight days, "It's okay that you are not at your recommended weight right now. Just don't gain anymore weight - and that's VERY important. And if you weight frequently, you can visibly see what your weight is doing and you can do something about weight gain. If you can't get the weight off, then try very hard not to get more unwanted weight on." Be sure to weigh at the same time every day, preferably undressed and before you eat. Keep in mind that salt-loaded foods will effect the scales, as well as period-time, and even humidity.
