The Fast & Furious Diet - Losing Weight Quickly

While everyone wants to lose weight quickly and safely, it takes time to lose weight.  Sometimes, it takes longer than other times.

Losing weight is a Game of Diet Patience.  Good things come to those that lose weight. But what about all that Diet Stress?

Experiencing stress while dieting is a 100% guarantee.  The stress may even be positive during times of weight loss - but stress is stress and if not controlled, the effects can be bad on the body.

Symptoms of Dieting Stress may include any of the following and require a visit to the doctor:

Headache, dizziness, light-headedness due to a decrease in food and sometimes a decrease in caffeine while dieting.  After all, we don't just lose weight when we decide to get healthy; we must also run like mad, cut out all the caffeine in our diets, cut out all treats, and spend a good part of our Dieting Lives telling others what THEY need to do to become healthy - just about a week before we ditch our own fitness plan.

Constipation, abundance of gas, tummy woes.  Introducing those healthy foods into the diet isn't all Peachy King because healthy foods tend to be Big Gas Offenders.  Go on the defense before gas leaches through your system by strolling down the pharmacy isle and picking up a popular Gas Defender.  If symptoms are very pronounced, you'll want to share you gas problem with your doctor.

Breath of Wolf-Wolf.  Chewing on gum, sucking on Tic-Tacs and gnawing on parsley may help relieve this stinking diet symptom.

Shaking, trembling and mental fog.  These type symptoms - dieting or not - require emergency aid and are also a good reason why an individual should see a doctor before striking out on a diet.  

Diabetics who are unaware of their hidden disease, may do great harm to their body by striking out on a starvation diet.  A doctor can determine those hidden problems almost as quickly as he (or she) can drain your bank account.

But let's not forget about Dieter Jenna.  To recap, Jenna's greatest diet failure was not getting off her diet, rather continuing on her unhealthy daily diet - the diet that she was so furious about in the first place and the diet that has her held captive.  

Keep in mind that one not need to go on a 'Diet Diet" per-se to achieve good health and weight loss.  By exercising a little Food Caution as well as a few body parts, weight loss, good health and fitness can be anyone's rewards.
