While everyone
wants to lose weight quickly and safely, it takes time
to lose weight. Sometimes, it takes longer than
other times.
Losing weight is a Game of Diet Patience. Good things come to
those that lose weight. But what about all that Diet
Stress?

stress while dieting is a 100% guarantee. The
stress may even be positive during times of weight
loss - but stress is stress and if not controlled, the

Symptoms

all, we don't just lose weight when we decide to get
healthy; we must also run like mad, cut out all the

THEY need to do to become healthy - just about a week
before we ditch our own fitness plan.
Constipation,
abundance of gas, tummy woes.
Introducing those healthy foods into the diet
isn't all Peachy King because healthy foods tend to

Go on the defense before gas leaches through your
system by strolling down the pharmacy isle and picking
