Daily Diet & Weight Gain Mistakes
We all make mistakes in life, and although most are harmless, some can be very costly. Such is the case with weight gain and the inability to harness our appetite.
The additional weight not only blows our bodies up, it also creates havoc within.
Organs are suddenly smashed, the skeletal system is loaded down with unnecessary poundage, the knees become hunkered and bent with unnecessary weight - and so forth.
If this sounds familiar, don't panic just yet!
I'm right here - and I'll work to change the way you think and feel about eating. I'll also work to motivate you towards a healthier diet combined with sensible exercise that will not only have you looking like a million bucks, but also feeling great - and empowered with a new super-level of energy.
Your self-esteem will reach new levels as well. And achieving your recommended weight combined with moderate activity will lower your health risks and may add years to your life.
The only thing that you have to lose is excess weight - so let's get started on a healthier, happier path. Begin with the article links embedded within this page. Good luck on your weight loss plan - and I'll be there beside you every step of the 'weigh'!

Vacationing & On a Diet Tips
Although diets can be planned as well as vacations, many times, the two collide. When a diet and a vacation collide, the dieter can still have a very enjoyable time. Here are a few tips that might help if you are dieting and going on a vacation:
-A vacation is a perfect time to enjoy available activities - particularly if your vacation involves traveling. Stopping in at state parks for a short hike, walking on the beach in the moonlight, dancing - even golf and fishing are great modes of exercise that will help burn calories.
-Keep snacks at a minimum and place the focus on meal times. This will not only save calories, it will keep your diet plan in check.
-Skip the appetizers OR choose those without cheese and heavy sauces. Avoid fried.
-Try to make breakfast and lunch the two biggest meals of the day. Dine early in the evening, if possible.
-Keep in mind that a vacation only lasts a short while and you don't want to blow your diet due to a few reckless days of eating.
-Keep your mind occupied with things other than food.
-Try to rest a little while vacationing and keep stress to a minimum. Even good stress is still stress.
Who Is Driving the Diet Car? Diet Road Block Up Ahead!
You probably wouldn't even think about getting behind the wheel of a car and driving like a maniac but that's exactly what some dieters do!
Rather than take time to plan out a doable diet plan - as well as a backup plan should the diet start to go south, dieters hop in their invisible 'dieting car' and shoot off into the Wild Blue Yonder. Quickly forthcoming, is a Road Block.
Most of the time, a Road Block is just the kicker for knocking the dieter plum off their plan. Forget all those dreams of weight loss - all those hopes for getting the extra baggage off once and for all - all those plans of better health - not to mention buying a real swimsuit and ditching those cut-offs.
So if you are contemplating a fat reduction plan OR if you are already on one, take stock and make very sure that you have everything in place for success.
Keep in mind that YOU are driving the car. If it stalls, YOU must know how to fix it. If it runs out of petrol, YOU must know how to fill it back up again. And if the engine blows a rod, YOU must know how to get it running again.
