4 chalupa Or tostada hard shells (200 calories)
1/2 cup of low fat refried beans seasoned with a couple of dashes of chili powder & cumin (optional) - 80 calories
2 slices of skim mozzarella cheese (120 calories)
Shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes - as much as desired.
2 Tablespoons of LIGHT sour cream
Salsa or hot sauce - as much as desired.
Spread shells with beans; top with 1/2 cheese slice. Pop into microwave until cheese melts. Top with lettuce and tomato, salsa and sour cream if desired.
