The beauty of this recipe is to use 425 calories of your favorite pizza - whether it's a frozen pizza, fast food pizza, a pre-made diet-wise low calorie pizza or a homemade pizza.

The secret to the wonderful taste is to take just a tab of olive oil and place it onto a flat skillet. It only takes a dab.  When your pizza comes out of the oven or box, simply place onto the skillet until the crust is golden brown. Delicious!
